Gold Monte's De-ionized Apple Juice Concentrate is a new material for juice industry, prepared from Non-GMO apples that have been carefully chosen for freshness, complete ripeness and quality. It is a natural product at 70.0-71.0 Brix with no preservatives, sugars, coloring or artificial flavors added, being made with processes as of washing, multi-stage spray, select, smash, enzyme, clarification, ultra-filtration, de-coloration and de-acidification by resin, pasteurization and concentration. It is water-clear and sweetly tasty and refreshing, having the original flavor and aroma when diluted from 70 Brix to 11.5 Brix.
Product specifications and packaging can be adjusted to customer’s orders, including private brand packaging. Wide applications for food services, beverage and retail industries.
