Gold Monte's Cloudy Pear Juice Concentrate is a new material for juice industry, prepared from Non-GMO pears that have been carefully chosen for freshness, complete ripeness and quality. It is a natural product at 40.0-41.0 Brix with no preservatives, sugars, coloring or artificial flavors added, being made with processes as of washing, multi-stage spray, select, smash, enzyme, clarification, ultra-filtration, de-coloration and de-acidification by resin, pasteurization and concentration. It is water-clear and sweetly tasty and refreshing, having the original flavor and aroma when diluted from 40/41 Brix to 11.5 Brix.

Product specifications and packaging can be adjusted to customer’s orders, including private brand packaging. Wide applications for food services, beverage and retail industries.
