1. Rich in linoleic acid
Sunflower seeds are rich in essential unsaturated fatty acid "linoleic acid", containing up to 58%-69%, which acts as a scavenger in the human body and can remove the "garbage" in the body.Frequent intake of it to children contributes to their growth and development; and to the pregnant women,it is conducive to their fetal development and plays an auxiliary role in the treatment of "gestational diabetes"
