Gold Monte offers an extensive range of Frozen Fruits all year round, frozen locally for peak freshness. Our frozen fruit products include Gold Monte® apples, strawberry, peach, kiwi, apricot, sweet pineapple, grapes, and other fruit items. The fruit we use in our frozen operations are sourced within our integrated system of company-controlled farms and from GAP-certified (good agricultural practices) independent growers. Our frozen products are prepared to meet and exceed international food safety standards, meet the needs of our business customers and the consumer and arrive ready-to-serve. The processing mode (dice, slice or whole), size, and packing mode are adjustable to the exact requirement by the customers. 

Refrigeration Techonology

The company's I.Q.F products are frozen by indirect freezing method to ensure the quality of products unchanged and the products to be frozen free from contamination. During the freezing process, the products are put on a plate, strip or other cold wall cooled by the refrigerant (or refrigerant carrier) and have direct contact with the cold wall but indirect contact with the refrigerant (or refrigerant carrier).  The refrigerating medium has low thermal conductivity with less moisture absorption and moisture content, mall specific gravity,  uniformed micro bubbles. And the freezing medium is not  perishable, Odorless, non-toxic, having good fire resistance and frost resistance and good thermal stability, so to ensure the frozen products to be kept clean and sanitary with constantly unchanged quality.
