Gold Monte Goji Juice Concentrate is prepared from Non-GMO Goji/wolfberries that have been carefully chosen for freshness, proper ripeness and quality. It is a natural product at 40 Brix with no preservatives, sugars, coloring or artificial flavors added, being made with processes as of washing, multi-stage spray, select, smash, color and freshness protection, extract, high-speed centrifugation, pasteurization and ULT concentration. It contains certain dietary fibers, pectin and other Goji/wolfberry ingredients. It is sweet in taste and orange yellow in color, having the original flavor and aroma when diluted to 11.5 Brix.
Product specifications and packaging can be adjusted to customer’s orders, including private brand packaging. Wide applications for food services, beverage and retail industries.
